A.C.T. Suite
A stay in this San Francisco boutique hotel is even more memorable when you reserve the Serrano Hotel's American Conservatory Theatre Suite, the hotel's tribute to the nearby A.C.T. and the great tradition of San Francisco theater. An imaginative miniature of A.C.T.'s Geary Theater, this designer suite models each area of the room after elements found in the nearby nationally registered building. A collage of exclusive photos and memorabilia from A.C.T.'s 35-year history grace the hallway leading to the "stage door" and inside the suite. The suite's sitting area invites guests into the "green room" with copies of A.C.T.-produced scripts and a mini-bar full of refreshments. The bedroom area resembles the actual "stage," complete with curtains, a proscenium and theatrical lighting. Surprise details continue the theater experience, from the actor's wardrobe-like armoire to theatrical props throughout, all the while surrounded in the comfort and hospitality of the Serrano Hotel.
